These Terms set out the conditions for using maiunse (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Service
The Service provides a variety of fortune content free of charge for entertainment purposes. Its contents may be changed or suspended without prior notice.
Using the Service Without an Account
The service is used without signing up or logging in. There is therefore no account or password to look after, but equally no record of your past results is kept on any server. Your entries and recent history live only in the browser you are using, so clearing your browser data or opening the site on another device means starting from a blank form. If you want to keep a result, save the address of the result page or download it as an image.
Disclaimer
The readings provided are for fun and reference and do not guarantee accuracy or any particular outcome. You are responsible for judgments and actions taken based on them, and they do not replace professional advice in medicine, law, or finance.
Interruptions and outages of the service
The service may stop for a while because of maintenance or an unexpected failure. Because it is provided free of charge, losses caused by such an interruption are not compensated, and we ask for your understanding on this point. The recent entries saved in your browser have nothing to do with the server, so they stay where they are while the service is down and are still there once it comes back. You will not need to type them in again.
About Advertising
The service may carry third-party advertising in order to keep running. Responsibility for the content of an advertisement, and for the goods or services an advertiser offers, rests with that advertiser; the service takes no part in any dealing between you and an advertiser. Intellectual Property
Rights to the content, design, and code created by the Service belong to maiunse, and unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior permission is prohibited.
Quoting the readings on this site
Copying whole readings from the service, or reworking them and distributing the result, is not permitted. Short quotations with the source named, and links back to the page, are always welcome. If you introduce the site in a blog post or a video, quoting a few lines and saying which page they came from is enough. If you are not sure whether what you have in mind counts as a short quotation, please ask us before you publish it.
User Obligations
Users must not disrupt the normal operation of the Service or collect content through automated means without authorization.
Age of Use

Settling matters by getting in touch

Most things are settled by checking and fixing. The same is true when you find an error or wording that seems inappropriate. Tell us and we will look at it and correct it; and if there is a reason it cannot be corrected, we will tell you what that reason is.
Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, which also apply to any dispute related to use of the Service.
