Please do not include personal information
There is no need to write your birth date, name, or contact details when you get in touch. The service does not store that kind of information, and it is not needed in order to handle your message. When you report a problem, describing which screen you were on and what looked wrong is enough; you do not have to send the values you actually entered. Please never send national identification numbers, bank account details, or anything of that kind.
Reporting Errors
Treat it as a bug when the service does not work as it should — a result that looks wrong, a broken layout, a link that will not open. A reading you simply dislike is not a bug, but if something in it is factually wrong, please tell us about that too.
What helps most when you report a problem
Telling us the address of the page where the problem happened, and which language you were reading in, makes it much faster to confirm. Whether you were on a phone or a computer, and which browser you were using, helps as well. If something simply looks wrong on the screen, a picture of that part is welcome too. Please just take a moment to check that no personal information is visible in the picture before you send it.
Reporting Translation Issues
The site is offered in six languages, so an awkward rendering or a phrase that does not sit well in a particular language may still be in there. Tell us the language, the address of the page and the sentence itself, and we will check it and fix it. Notes about symbols or forms of address whose meaning shifts from one culture to another are especially welcome.
Suggesting New Readings and Dream Entries
If the reading you were looking for is not here, or a dream symbol you searched for turned up nothing, please let us know. Include the words you actually typed and we will use them to add the entry or widen the search terms. Content grows in the order that people actually ask for it.

We do not offer personal fortune consultations or divination on request. Every reading is automatically generated content for entertainment and reference, and we ask for your understanding on that.
How long a reply usually takes
This is a small operation, so a reply can take a few days. Messages are read in the order they arrive, and depending on what they say, some are acted on without a reply at all. Typos and translation problems in particular are often fixed before anyone writes back, because making the fix is quicker than writing the answer. If a long time passes and nothing at all seems to change, the mail may simply have gone missing, so you are welcome to send it again.
